We gather together for worship every Sunday at 9:00am for Traditional Liturgical Worship and at 11:00am for Contemporary Praise and Worship in the main sanctuary.
JAM (Jesus and Me) children’s worship is available to all children K-5th Grade at 11:00am in the Gym. Nursery services are available for all services.
Sunday School
Ranging from children to senior adults, the Sunday School ministry seeks to equip disciples with Biblical knowledge. The Sunday School ministry meets each Sunday morning at 10:00am throughout our campus.  The Sunday School program here at Burks is active and dynamic. Many classes meet outside of Sunday mornings for both service projects of all types from local to distant missions,  for additional Bible study, and just for fun! Come and join one, and be a part of a group that will support and uplift you!
Rock Kids Ministries
Each Sunday morning, our pre-school and elementary aged kids have their own special worship environments. Using live characters, multi-media, hands-on activities, and small groups, we are partnering with parents to build a ROCK-solid,
Biblically-based foundation in children’s lives.
513 Student Ministries
In Matthew 5:13, Jesus called us to be salt and light to this world. That’s what we want for your teenager. Every Sunday night, at 5:13pm, we challenge them to do just that. Through worship, messages, games and age-appropriate small groups, we are helping them impact their world for Christ.
Scouting is an official ministry of the United Methodist Church with a mission to instill in young men valuable life skills, self-confidence, respect for others, and a commitment to serving God and community. Our Scouting emphasis includes Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts, American Heritage Girls and Girl Scouts!
The Men@Burks seek to become better husbands, fathers, and servants to those we encounter by helping other men become disciples of Christ.  This United Methodist Men’s group meets on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 7:30 for a breakfast and program, and is involved in various mission activities in the United Methodist Church and our local community.
Young Adults
Life can get complicated once you cross that nebulous threshold into adulthood. There are complicated decisions. Bigger stakes. Serious relationships. And a whole lot more decisions. The young adult group of our church provides a welcoming atmosphere for college and early-career aged young people.
Small Group
Often, small groups of people are better able to interact and learn about a topic than larger groups are. For that reason, our church has small groups that offer a chance to grow deeper in our faith while presenting opportunities to form deeper relationships with fellow believers, apply Biblical principles to our lives, and receive support and council from other members.
