Here is where you will find the form to submit for publicity purposes. It will help the staff to present a consistent message to the church and the public. Feel free to email this form or submit it to the front office. Submit email requests to marketing@burks.org Thank you for your help and we look forward to advertising your church or group events!
 
Where can things be publicized?
1. Entry into the iBridge
2. Entry into the Bulletin or insert
3. Publicity on Facebook
4. Publicity on the Burks.org website
5. Banners for outdoor advertising
6. Posters for distribution both on campus and in the     community
7. Direct mailing when available
8. Slides in projection loops
9. Entry in the Newsletter
10. Outdoor sign
 
What to submit:
1. The name of the event
2. The date of the event
3. The time of the event
4. The schedule if there are multiple dates and or times
5. Any graphics, photos or other art that you have associated with the event
6. If you have no art, anything you would like featured in staff created art
7. Intended audience, may be age specific
8. A list of all types of publicity needed
9. A description of the event
