We are in need of volunteers to assist the lead teachers in the 2/3 year old nursery and the 4/5 year old nursery during both worship services and the Sunday School hour. THANK YOU!! We are so thankful for the generous donations of items from our WISH LIST! The Knit Wits have supplied us with enough yarn to do MANY projects! The 2 yr old class is really enjoying their new kitchen supplies, puzzles and books! We also appreciate the donated toy box!!

PMO Mission Project

February Mission Project: For the whole month of February, we will be collecting NEW packages of children’s socks for the Holston Home for Children in Sevierville, TN. Please place your donated items in the box labeled “Socks for the Kids” under the PMO bulletin board in the back hall or drop them off in Mary Lee Clark’s office. We will be accepting donations until February 29th.

We have expanded!! We are so excited to announce the opening of our 2 year old classroom. We now have 3 PMO classes: Toddler Class (ages 6 mo.-1 yr. old), 2 year old Class, and our 3 & 4 year old Class! We have a few spots open so tell your family and friends about our awesome program! We would love to add more smiling faces to our Burks PMO family!

We're excited you're here! Our children’s ministries and activities for infants through fifth grade are safe, strategic, and rooted in loving and caring relationships. The focus is on children experiencing a meaningful time learning about God; interacting with their peers; connecting with caring adult volunteers and staff; and all in conjunction with parents. We want to partner with parents to help children believe and live out age-appropriate Truths from God’s Word. We are blessed with wonderful, caring volunteers and staff who minister to our children each week. Other outstanding programs and ministries available to you and the community include Burks PMO (Parents Morning Out), CDC (Child Development Center), BEEP (Burks Elementary Enrichment Program) and Boy, Cub and Girl Scouts. Sunday Morning:

9:00 a.m.- KidZONE (Children attend the first part of Traditional Service and then are dismissed to the gym for

10:00 a.m.- Sunday school for ages 2 years-fifth grade. 11:00 a.m.- KidZONE (Children attend the first part of

Wednesday Evening:

6:00 – 6:45 p.m.- Children in K-fifth grade attend classes centered on God’s word.

6:45 – 7:30 p.m.- All children K-fifth attend children’s choir. Preschool Children ages 3-Pre-K

6:00 – 7:00 p.m.- Little Promises Choir
7:00 – 7:30 p.m.- Children will be involved in free play activities.
